The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Requirement Type (IDRT) contract, a minimum quantity of 15 each up to 95 each maximum of a COOLER, HYDRAULIC OI; NSN: 1650-01-120-7512; Part Number: 145HS203-2 applicable to the BK CH-47 CHINOOK weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing, 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA, 17070-5002. This item is restricted to: ARKWIN INDUSTRIES, INC.CAGE CODE 98391 � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � THE BOEING COMPANY CAGE CODE 77272 The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. This part must be acquired, for the second or subsequent time, directly from the actual manufacturer. The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2) having only a limited number of responsible sources.
