Description: This constitutes Amendment 0009 to provide the following:ï¿½ï¿½RFP Q&A 8 and 9 are incorporated in the solicitation.ï¿½ RFP Q&A No. 8 extended the response date to receive Final Proposal Revision to 15 May 2020 at 2:00 PM Eastern.ï¿½ RFP Q&A No. 9 provided drawing 528-8468123, model No. of ECDIS and MSC contact information for technical questions. This constitutes Amendment 0008 to provide the following: (1) CLIN 0002AA AGR hours is changed to 21,442 hours and the base ODC is changed to $679,480.00.ï¿½ (2) CLIN 0002AC AGR hours is changed to 4,081 hours and the base ODC is changed to $176,500.00.ï¿½ (3) In accordance with FAR 52.215-21, Requirements for Certified Cost or Pricing Data and Date Other Than Certified Cost or Pricing Data-Modifications, certified cost or pricing data is required for submission. This constitiutes Amendment 0007ï¿½toï¿½provide the following: (1) Block 9 of page one (1) and Section C-1 is changed to reflect the solicitation response date is changed to 31ï¿½March 2020 at 2:00 pm Eastern.ï¿½ (2) Section L-3 Specification Clarification is changed to reflect 23ï¿½March 2020 at 12:00 pm Eastern. This constitiutes Amendment 0006 to (1) attached Amendment 0005.ï¿½ Amendment 0005 was erroneously not attached when Amendment 0005 and its supporting documents were posted. This constitutes Amendment 0005ï¿½to:ï¿½(1) incorporate RFP Q&A 4 and 5 in the solicitation, (2) Incorporate revised J-2ï¿½ and (3) Provide revised MSC and PMS-385 J-4 Government Furnished Propertyï¿½. This constitutes Amendment 0004 to provide the following: (1) Block 9 of page one (1) and Section C-1 is changed to reflect the solicitation response date is changed to 24 March 2020 at 2:00 pm Eastern.
