DLA Aviation Richmond is issuing Amendment 0001 to solicitation SPE4A8-20-Q-0056 to procure Gantry Milling Machine; 1 each . The purpose of the amendment is to answer site visit/solicitation questions. The solicitation amendment will issue on or about May 14, 2020. A copy of the solicitation will be available on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. To obtain a copy of the solicitation, click on the Solicitations tab and enter solicitation number you wish to download in the DIBBS Global Solicitation Search box on the right side of the screen.� Solicitations are in Portable Document Format (PDF). The solicitation is intended to result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract with completion requested in 365 days ARO. Request for Quote SPE4A8-20-Q-0056 is Full and Open Competition. A complete technical data package, DLA-A-VIBB-19-20-1601, including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, installation, and training requirements is included as a part of the solicitation. FOB will be at Destination with preliminary inspection at Origin and final inspection and acceptance at Destination The solicitation will be issued and evaluation performed utilizing FAR 13.5 under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� The solicitation will issue on or about February 28, 2020 �and close on March 31, 2020.
