- N00164-20-Q-0006 �Air Ionizers� FSG 4140 - NAICS 333999� ISSUE DATE 14 MAY 2020� CLOSING DATE 19 MAY 2020 � 10:00 AM Eastern Time This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13.� Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a) (13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-20 -Q-0006 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.� BRAND NAME PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with NRD LLC, Inc. (Cage Code: 5K923, 2937 Alternate Blvd, Grand Island, NY 14072) and authorized distributors, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Base Award and Options, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for the following ITEM DESCRIPTIONS - CLIN 0001 � BASE AWARD, Qty. 25, NRD Brand Air Ionizer, P/N P-2035. CLIN 0002 - �Option 1, NRD Brand Air Ionizers, P/N P-2035, Estimated Qty. 1 through 125, Ordering� Period is effective date of award through 60 months thereafter. This option may be exercised multiple times. CLIN 0003 � Option 2, NRD Brand Air Ionizers, P/N P-2035, Estimated Qty. 1 through 100, Ordering Period is effective date of award through 60 months thereafter.� This option may be exercised multiple times. CLIN 0004 � Option 3, NRD Air Ionizer Bracket, P/N 4165, Estimated Qty. 1 through 100, Ordering Period is effective date of award through 60 months.� This option may be exercised multiple times. Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with delivery F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. Please reference delivery schedule in RFQ. The anticipated award date is May 22, 2020.� Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. � All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Beta.sam.gov.� It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor theBeta.sam.gov site for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation.� For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
