- This is Amendment 0001 for this solicitation. The amendment adds FAR Clause 52.219-4�Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns. All other paramters remain unchanged. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) to supply, deliver, and load quarried stone onto government barges as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW) for the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Omaha District. The primary objective is to supply and deliver quarried stone onto government barges as defined in this SOW for the operation and maintenance of approved structures of the Missouri River Bank Stabilization Navigation Project.� It is anticipated that the quantity of stone required for delivery will range between 0 and 40,000 tons annually
