- The Federal Bureau of Prison - Federal Detention Center, Houston, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of Bread Items, NAICS code 311812.� Bread Items are to be provided at the Federal Detention Center (FDC), located in Houston, Texas. The award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government based on price related factor only.� The contractor shall adhere to the delivery schedule established in the solicitation. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration�s Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov.� All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website.� Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.� Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.� The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation.� Each vendor is required to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM); information can be obtained at www.sam.gov. The solicitation is unrestricted and all sources may submit a quotation.� Faith-Based and Community-based Organizations have the right to submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.� All responsible small business may submit a quotation which will be considered for an award.
