- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 has a requirement for Vendor Contract for High-Quality, Poster Presentations. Contractor shall provide all services in accordance with the (SOW) Statement of work for Durham Va Healthcare System. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. Place of Performance: The Vendor Contract for High-Quality, Poster Presentation Services will be to and from the following locations: Durham VAMC 508 Fulton Street Durham, NC 27705 Period of Performance: Period of Performance for the resultant contract will be a one (1) year base period and four (4) one year option renewal periods, October 1, 2020 September 30, 2024 in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a 100 % Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 339950 Sign Manufacturing, with a size standard of 500 employees. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. A formal Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about April 14, 2020 via Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website via https://www.fbo.gov/. All potential offerors are responsible for monitoring and downloading all documents including amendments at the FedBizOpps website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the following: SAM database at https://www.sam.gov Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) must be registered and verified in VetBiz.
