- This is a DRAFT for an upcoming requirment. Unlimited dedicated internet service with sustained bandwidth and unlimited data. 1. Provide 22 x KA/KU band satellite internet with a minimum of 8Mbps download & 2Mbps upload through a shared access ratio maximum of 10:1 2. provide 1 x C Band satellite internet with a minimum of 10Mbps download & 2Mbps upload through a shared access ratio maximum of 4:1 3. Provide the following equipments needed to meet the requirment: 22 x KU/KA modems. 44 x KU/KA WIFI routers. 1 x C band modem. 2 x C band routers. Sufficient cabling for both services. All services are to be provided with unlimited data plans, operate without interruption and maintain reliability at all times
