Hereafter, the acronym DBNT (Data Bus Network Tester(s) will be used to represent MIL-STD-1553A/B, ARINC 429, Ethernet and DVI bus testers. NAWCADLKE is seeking information from industry regarding DBNT test devices. Include the technology readiness level (TRL) of your DBNT product(s) / technology and a summary of any field usage, tests and demonstrations. 3) A general description addressing the following: Fault Isolation techniques (bus wiring segments / components, shorts-to-shield, crosstalk, etc.) Troubleshoot procedures for wiring on inactive / unpowered bus Single ended or multi ended test methods Measurement of signal loss / degradation Compatibility of instruments / testing methods with military on-aircraft maintenance environment (environmental standards, size, temperature range, EMI). Types of interfaces Stimulus test signals / waveforms 4) An overview of your DBNT concept of operation (including the user operating manual if available). 5) The power requirements of your DBNT, i.e. battery and/or AC. 6) The calibration requirements of your DBNT. Discuss if there is a calibration procedure in place. 7) The environmental test methods / standards that your DBNT has been subjected to, the results, and the environmental thresholds that the DBNT is approved to operate in (e.g. electromagnetic susceptibility or emissions, operating / storage temperature, humidity, and shock). 8) If applicable, provide information about any DoD contracts and what if any data products were submitted. Any commercial customer contracts or testimonials are also welcome. Please provide points of contact for any of these references. 9) Provide information about your company / organization including: a brief description of your company / organization, small / large business status, 8A status, hub-zone status, veteran / woman owned status, and any past or present Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) awards related to your DBNT. 10) Provide pertinent product datasheets. 11) Provide any additional information you think would be useful to consider in this RFI. 12) Provide any previous DoD contracts (to include GSA) in which your DBNT technology or productwas sold to the Government.
