- The contactor shall provide a tree inventory and risk assessment of the entire Capitol Hill campus arboretum trees, including inspection of tree support and lightening protection systems.� The contractor shall also supply an inventory of woody plant material (shrubs) for Capitol Grounds and Arboretum defined areas.� All data collected and prepared shall be incorporated into AOC�s Geographic Information System (GIS) and Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems, as applicable.� An Option for completion of an Arboretum Management Plan will also be included.� The scope shall include the incorporation of investigation, studies, and data by other sources, which supports identification of work scheduled over a 5 year period.
