- Design and Construction services and accomplish the entire replacement of the BX part of the roof of Building 160 from top of EPDM membrane down to the roof deck. Identify cause(s) of existing roof leaks and revise and replace existing detailing and construction to eliminate future roof leaks. Replace the entire roof assembly, including insulation down to metal deck, with new insulation. Construction must be in conformance with (ICW) OSHA regulations.
