- The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau), Community Treatment Services Contracting; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Sexual Offender Treatment services in Birmingham, Alabama. The services provided should within 5 mile radius of the Birmingham City Hall located at 710 20th Street North, Birmingham, Alabama 35203 and within one half mile access to public transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period anticipated to begin on October 1, 2020 with nine (9) one-year option renewal periods with service ending on September 30, 2030 (if all options are renewed).
