- SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, 6162 S. Willow Drive, Suite 300, Greenwood Village CO 80111 intends to solicit sources to enter into a firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide POST COVID 19 Cleaning Services for the Rocky Mountain Regional Veteran Affairs Medical Center located at 1700 N. Wheeling St. Aurora CO 80045. The solicitation package will be available for download on or about May 15, 2020 and proposals shall be submitted by 27 May 2020, no later than 10:00 a.m. mountain time. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a small business size standard of $19.5 Million. This solicitation is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The locations for services are stated within the statement of work. No hard copies of the solicitation will be provided. Any amendments to this solicitation will be available at this website and offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to this solicitation at this website prior to the time of responding to the solicitation.
