- � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �� NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �� PANAPG-20-P-0000 015936 This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT, using�� Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This will be an acquisition under the authority of the, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996.� The US Army- Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Tenant Division, 6565 Surveillance Loop, BLDG 6001, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-1846 requirement to procure the following: � This Action is required to Calibrate Fluke high pressure calibration bench, and to be perform on-site via cross-floating of weights. DHI Models P-C 100psi/kg, 1MPa/kg, and 45000 MULIT intensifier. Once completed, bench shall be capable of performing NIST-traceable pressure gage calibrations in a dynamic (pulse) manner of up to 100,000 pounds per square-inch of pressure. This requirement will be for one year twelve (12) month, and two options. (2) twelve (12) months option years. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to Fluke Electronics Corporation, 6920 Seaway Blvd., Everett, WA 98203-5829, CAGE Code 4U744, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Soliciting from a single source. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219 and the Size standards in number of employees 500. All responses received within fifteen (15) calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. � Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Friday, May 29th, 2020.� Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. � For questions concerning this Notice of Intent, contact contract specialist �Mr. Lenard Wright, lenard.b.wright.civ@mail.mil or contracting officer �Mr. Gregory.
