- Sole Source Award Notice: Politico News Group Politico Pro is the premium subscription program for the Politico news group.� The subscription includes in-depth analysis and breaking news for specific policy verticals that are of interest to Office of the Commissioner Immediate Office leadership, including: Agriculture, Budget & Appropriations, Campaigns, Cannabis, Cybersecurity, Defense, Education, eHealth, Employment & Immigration, Energy, Financial Services, Health Care, Tax, Technology, Trade, and Transportation.� The subscription also include newsletters with CEO Report, COVID 19 Coverage Roundup, Day Ahead, POLITICO Influence, Regulatory and Legislative Trackers. Estimated Value:� $106,815.00 for a base year plus four option years. A notice of intent is issued a sole source to Politico News Group with authority of the FAR Part 12.603 (c)(2)(i), this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. and If there are no responses have received in response to the posting. Therefore, it was determined that no other sources are capable and willing to provide the subscription including Agriculture (food policy), eHealth, Healthcare, Cybersecurity and Trade. The subscription also includes a comprehensive�staffing list with contact information for personnel who work on Capitol Hill, and for executives at federal agencies. In accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b), the Contracting Officer may solicit from one source if the COntracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. For the reasons stated above, Politico News Group is the only source considered in this procurement.
