- Superfund Redevelopment Initiative (SRI) Modification P00097 - This modification (1) increases the capacity of the task order by $6,426,025.00 (66,500 LOE); (2) approves multiple CLIN proposals; (3) obligates funds to the task order in the amount of $1,815,330.00; (4) extends the end date of the performance period to 31 July 2020; and (5) reassigns the Contract Specialist role to Juliana Helson-Monastro. There are no other changes under this modification. Modification P00096 - This modification approves multiple CLIN proposals obligates funds in the amount of $247,450.00. Modification P00095 - This modification obligates funds for WR #11/ MOD 26, WR #11/MOD 27 and WR #38 in the amount of $152,220.00. Modification P00093, the amount of $83,650.00 was de-obligated due to insufficient funds, this modification obligates the funds for the work request. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Modification P00094 - This modification fully funds WR #32/MOD#4 and WR#8/MOD#14 in the amount of $44,610.00. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Modification P00093 - This modification de-obligates funds obligated under Modification P00092 in the amount of $$83,650.00 due to insufficient funds. Modification P00092 - This modification approves multiple CLIN proposals and obligates funds to the task order in the amount of $305,330.00. Modification P00091 - This modification obligates funds to the task order in the amount of $108,680.00 and approves three CLIN proposals. Modification P00090 - This modification (1) increases the capacity of the task order by $9,180,250.00 which revises the total amount of the task order to $40,504,513.00; (2) obligates funds to the task order in the amount of $2,285,120.00; and (3) approves multiple CLIN proposals. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Modification P00089 - This modification approves multiple CLIN proposals and obligates funds in the amount of $ Modification P00088 - This bi-lateral modification extends this task order contract for six-months IAW FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. The government intends to extend the terms and conditions of this contract task order for six-months. The revised end date for the performance period is 31 January 2020. The contractor is required to submit a revised cost proposal for the six month extension on or before 2:00 p.m. Friday, 26 July 2019. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Modification P00087 - This modification approves SKEO's work request for WR#20/Mod#2 in the amount of $65,360.00 and obligates funds to the task order in the amount of $65,360.00. There are no other changes under this modification.
