Award was made to Holliday Inn Wenatchee WA, IAW FAR 6.302-2 - Unusual and Compelling Urgency for the Washington Army National Guard. A determination not to compete this procurement was made because only one responsible source and no other source will satisfy agency requirements to provide lodging for the WAARNG.
