PLACE OF PEFORMANCE USCGC SYCAMORE, NEWPORT, RI The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, National Security Cutters Branch 2, Oakland, CA anticipates awarding this procurement to Federal Equipment Co. the parts listed below: QTY 1EA ACTUATOR P/N 109-8022 ***INCLUDE ESTIMATED SHIPPING COST IN QUOTED ITEM*** SHIP TO: CGC SYCAMORE 47 Chandler Street NANSTA NETC, Pier 2 Newport, RI 02841 This procurement will be made on behalf of the CGC SYCAMORE, Newport, RI. Vendor will provide the part/supply stated in the solicitation description. �NAICS Code # 336611 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 Pacific Time, May 20th, 2020 will be reviewed by the Government. ��A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. �Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
