Description

SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) on behalf of the Personnel Security Investigation � Center of Excellence (PSI-CoE) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Alliance Technology Group, LLC for additional phones, maintenance, and relocation of their Call Management System (CMS).� This effort requires an authorized Avaya Federal Business partner within close proximity to PSI-CoE�s location for successful relocation of their CMS.� Alliance Technology Group, LLC is currently the only vendor who is approved and allowed access to PSI-CoE�s telephone switches. A written document justifying this sole source action will be prepared under the authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. This notice of intent is not a request for quote, however; any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than 1 June 2020; 10:00 AM, EST.� Capability statements may be sent to Samantha Hannah at samantha.l.hannah2.civ@mail.mil.� No telephone responses will be accepted.� A determination not to compete the proposed contract action based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
