- This notice is to publish a draft of the Broad Agency Announcement (BAA)�for the Complete Trip-ITS4US Deployment program. This draft of the BAA is being posted to allow interested parties a preview of the anticipated procurement. The USDOT is seeking comments regarding this draft BAA, especially in regards to any interested party's ability to propose under the�BAA. The USDOT is especially interested in determining whether an�interested party's ability to propose has been impacted by COVID-19 and if so, how they�will�be impacted.� If any interested party has any�questions or�comments regarding this BAA, if possible, please site the specific location within the BAA to which you are referring, including page numbers. Questions and comments received will be used to inform the final BAA. Individual responses to questions and comments may not be provided.
