- Amendment 03: This Amendment updates the deadline for full proposal submission and other associated deadlines. New full proposal submission deadline is July 15, 2020. The program manager is also amended to Dev Palmer. Changes are highlighted in yellow in the attached conform HR001120S0030 document. DARPA is soliciting innovative research proposals to develop wideband secure and protected radio interface technologies for future Radio Frequency (RF) systems. The WiSPER program will enable next-generation secure tactical radios. Please see BAA for instructions on requesting the BAA Unclassified//FOUO addendum for additional information.
