- Solicitation Amendment No. 3�posted 15�May 2020 -� Update the Performance Work Statement (PWS) Update the Period of Performance (POP) ********************************************************************************************************************* Solicitation Amendment No. 2�posted 13�May 2020 -� Update the Performance Work Statement (PWS) Include a Questions and Answers attachment Extend the Offer Due date Update the Period of Performance (POP) Incorporate CLIN 0002 ********************************************************************************************************************* Solicitation Amendment No. 1 posted 11 May 2020 updating PWS and adding Q & A attachment. ********************************************************************************************************************* The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) requests for quote (RFQ) N32253-20-Q-0049 with the intent to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract for Dry Dock No. 1 Sediment Removal. This is a 100% small business set-aside.� The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 562219 and Small Business Size Standard of $41.5M apply to this procurement. The Product Service Code is F103, Environmental Systems Protection - Water Quality Support Services. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06, DFARS (last updated 03/24/2020), and NMCARS 18-09. Written offers should be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 and the addendum to FAR 52.212-1 as indicated in the attached solicitation. The Period of Performance (POP) is subject to change. If unable to meet the tentative period of performance as identified in the solicitation, please provide soonest availability. The CLIN structure is as follows: 0001 � Dry Dock No. 1 Sediment Removal - Provide all labor, equipment, tools and materials to remove and properly dispose of all silt and sediment from the Dry Dock No. 1 suction chamber in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). 0002 - �Replace Suction Chamber Gratings -�Provide all labor, equipment, tools and materials to replace all the existing suction chamber gratings with new galvanized, epoxy coated gratings in accordance with the performance work statement (PWS). Note: Quotation submissions should include a breakdown of quotation. All quotation submissions need to include completion of FAR 52.212-3. Quotes are due to this office no later than Wednesday, 20�MAY 2020, 1500 HST. Quotes must be sent via e-mail to the primary point of contact.
