- Questions response. Can we visit the site prior to the due date, can we schedule site access? Yes, contact me with email request (can coordinate between dates (18-21 May) Additionally, can you provide the prior year contract award information. PINNACLE FIRE & AUTOMATION, LLC (Base with four option years) Grand Total: $51,075.00 NOTE: If no SDVOSB can provide fair & reasonable pricing as the current Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE) within 5% per VA guidance then will proceed with Small Business Question: It states to provide Notifier factory trained inspectors. We have plenty of experience with Notifier but to be honest, this should not be a requirement to inspect the fire alarm system. We are NICET certified which should be the equivalent or more important than Notifier factory trained, since repairs and programming are not part of the contract. Answer: Facility require only a Notifier factory trained representative may work on or test a Notifier system. The Facility require�that the Fire alarm company tech or tech s have a NICET level II or higher training certificate.� These questions are posted on amendment to RFQ 36C25520Q0403 for Fire Alarm Testing Services
