- This Solicitation Amendment 0008�is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov.� It is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet.� The response date is changed to: must be received no later than 12:00am EST on Wednesday, 10 June�2020 as noted on page 2 of the Solicitation SF33 as well as via e-mail to Ms. Sheila Ballard, sheila.ballard@navy.mil. Proposals shall reference ""Solicitation Number N00178-20-R-4400"" in subject line.� Proposals received after that time may not be considered for award. All other requirements of the original posted Solicitation and requirements therein remain unchanged and in effect. NOTE: This Solicitation is NOT a request for competitive proposals.� The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. �However, in accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
