Description

Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC), Michigan, is procuring Digitally Aided Close Air Support (DaCAS) Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Training Services. Please read carefully and note the following due dates: Questions Due- 13 May 2020 at 11:00 AM EDT Quotes Due- 20 May 2020 at 2:00 PM EDT � UNFUNDED DISCLOSURE This request for quote is for pricing only. Funds are not presently available for this requirement, FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds applies. The Government�s obligation under this requirement is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which contract award can be made. This effort is a high priority requirement in support of the National Guard. Funds are not presently available to make award. If funds become available for award, and prices are deemed fair and reasonable, it is the Government's intent to make award. This is not a commitment of funds or contract award. Quotes valid through 30 Sept 2020 are requested. � This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. � Solicitation W50S86-20-R-0003 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). � This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. � This requirement is being issued for a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 611512. Small business size standard is $30M. � The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified as Government Furnished, to perform DaCAS SME and Training services at Alpena CRTC, MI as further described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
