Description: The U.S. Department of Labor, Job Corps has a requirement for operating the Springdale Job Corps Center located at 31224 E. Historic Columbia River Hwy., Troutdale, OR� 97060.� The associated satellite campus, Partners in Vocational Opportunity Training (PIVOT), is currently located at Montgomery Park, 2701 N.W. Vaughn Street, Suite 151, Portland, OR 97210.� The satellite campus will be moving to a new location in the future.� The contractor shall also operate the Tongue Point Job Corps Center located at 37573 Highway 30, Astoria, OR 97103-7200.
