Serial Number: 0897G20667.� Installed 1997. Model # 48TJE006---501QE. Rooftop Unit #6 � Carrier, 30 Ton, DX cooling/hydronic hot water (100% outside air dedicated).� Serial Number:� 1394F90046.� Installed 1993.� Model # 50DJ-034CAA14411. � With an option to replace the following: Replace additional rooftop unit � Trane, 8.5 Ton, single zone, electric cool.� Installed 2002.� Serial Number:� 227100319L.� Model: TSC102A3R. Replace existing UNK condenser, DX, air cooled, direct drive 1.5 ton unit installed in 2001 with either ceiling cassette or wall mounted mini-split.� Contractor shall appropriately size the proposed replacement equipment and submit for review and approval by ARS.
