- HPMC Occupational Medical Services (HPMC OMS or Buyer) is a Prime Contractor to the Department of Energy�s (DOE) RL Office under Contract #89303919DEM000005 to provide the Occupational Medical Services Program in support of on-going activities at the Hanford Site. HPMC OMS provides these services at a main clinic at 1979 Snyder, Richland, WA, and an on-site facility at 200 West in building 2713B. HPMC OMS requires a qualified Subcontractor to read and interpret Electrocardiograms (ECGs) for HPMC OMS and return to HPMC OMS the Subcontractor�s reading and interpretation. ECG reading and interpretation means the �overreads� of each ECG by a board-certified cardiologist.
