- Description
- Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition Directorate (AD) intends to procure Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) & WorkLife Services on behalf of the Department of Defense (DoD) Fourth (4th) Estate.� Performance shall be in accordance with all applicable laws, standards, instructions, executive orders, commercial practices, and requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).� The Government anticipates the issuance of a Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) type contract with a period of performance that consist of a twelve (12) month base period and four (4)-twelve (12) month option periods. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541611 �Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services.� The small business size standard is $16.5M This notice is in conjunction to the Sources Sought Notice 01012020KDW120 previously issued on beta.Sam.� The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to meet the requirements of FAR 5.203 �Publicizing and Response Time� and to notify industry, at least 15 days in advance, of the Government�s intent of issuing the solicitation for Employee Assistance Programs & WorkLife �Services.� This requirement is anticipated to be a Full and Open Competition. The issuance of the solicitation is scheduled on or around June 1, 2020, and will be distributed solely through the beta.Sam website at www.beta.Sam.gov.� This procurement is anticipated to be conducted utilizing the best value, trade-off process under FAR Part 15 �Contracting by Negotiations.�� The due date for the proposal submission will be 15 - 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. Industry Communication Regarding the Solicitation: All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website.� Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure the most current information is received pertaining to this procurement.� Once the solicitation is released, the website will provide all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation.
