Description
Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition Directorate (AD) intends to procure Occupational Health & Medical Case Review services on behalf of the Department of Defense (DoD) Fourth (4th) Estate.� Performance shall be in accordance with all applicable laws, standards, instructions, executive orders, commercial practices, and requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).� The Government anticipates the issuance of a Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) type contract with a period of performance that consist of a twelve (12) month base period and four (4)-twelve (12) month option periods. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 621399 �Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners.� The small business size standard is $7.5M This notice is in conjunction to the Sources Sought Notice 03092020KDW1300 previously issued on beta.Sam.� The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to meet the requirements of FAR 5.203 �Publicizing and Response Time� and to notify industry, at least 15 days in advance, of the Government�s intent of issuing the solicitation for Occupational Health & Medical Case Review services.� This requirement is anticipated to be a Full and Open Competition. The issuance of the solicitation is scheduled on or around June 1, 2020, and will be distributed solely through the beta.Sam website at www.beta.Sam.gov.� This procurement is anticipated to be conducted utilizing the best value, trade-off process under FAR Part 15 �Contracting by Negotiations.�� The due date for the proposal submission will be 15 - 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. Industry Communication Regarding the Solicitation: All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website.� Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure the most current information is received pertaining to this procurement.� Once the solicitation is released, the website will provide all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Prior to the release of the solicitation, no phone calls or emails will be accepted or responded to.� WHS/AD thanks you in advance for your interest in this upcoming procurement! IMPORTANT NOTICE All contractors submitting proposals on Department of Defense solicitations must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
