SEE Q&A ADDED BELOW US Army Contracting Command � Rock Island, Munitions and Industrial Base Division � CCRI-AE ����������������������������������������������������������������� 1. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The U.S. Army Contracting Command � Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby requests a quote for Custodial Services in support of the Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA), in accordance with Attachment 0001 �Annex A, PWS-Custodial Services� and Attachment 0002 �PWS Attachment 1 Custodial Services�. 3. Solicitation W911RP-20-Q-L108 is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ), total set aside for Small Business concerns in the 8(a) Program, in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.805-1 and IAW the terms and conditions listed below under the heading �Contract Terms and Provisions�.� This combined synopsis/solicitation is being released IAW FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5. Question: Please clarify if the current contract number is # W911RP15C0002 and the current contractor (incumbent) for this opportunity is THE VICTOR GROUP, INC? Answer: That is correct. Question: Please provide the name of the current window cleaning contractor for this contract as we will need this for the Interior / Exterior requirements? Answer: The current contractor does the window cleaning. A subcontractor for these efforts has not been identified to the USG. Question: May we submit Multiple Offers? Answer: At this time there is no plan to conduct a site visit.� Proposals will need to be based off of the solicitation and attachments provided.� COVID-19 activities were considered when determining the current proposal due date. Question: Please clarify if there will be a contractor office & supply storage facility on site to support the custodial operations? Answer: See 7.4 of Annex A, PWS, The Government will provide a space where the Contractor can locate its own administrative and storage facility.� The Government will not furnish any office space for the contractor under this contract. Q&A 05132020 Question: Per FAR 8.005, I am writing to request that you include FAR Clause 52.208-9 in your solicitation for custodial services at Pine Bluff. Answer: The Contracting Officer is unaware of any elements of the attached PWS that would apply to FAR clause 52.208-9.� Therefore, FAR clause 52.208-9 will not be added to this solicitation. Q&A 05152020 Question: The covid-19 has prompted many organizations to require face masks to enter some facilities, does this contract require the same protection equipment? Answer:��Pine Bluff Arsenal does require the wearing of face masks to enter the installation, and they must be worn at all times while on the installation.
