- The contractor shall provide non-personal services to include repair and maintenance of facilities and equipment, grounds maintenance, housekeeping/janitorial services, administrative support, property accountability, cargo movement, and management of billeting facilities at Apiay Air Base near Villavicencio, Colombia. CLIN structure: X001 Base Operations Support Services - Fixed Price X002 Other Direct Costs -�Fixed Price�NTE�(reimbursement excludes indirect cost) X003 Travel - Fixed Price NTE (IAW JTR) 0004 Phase-in Period: 15 days - Fixed X005 Worker's Compensation / Defense Base Act - Fixed X006 Contractor Manpower Report - Fixed The Government anticipates a 6-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The solicitation will be made available through the GPE on or around May 22, 2020; interested offerors should monitor beta.sam.gov for this opportunity. The proposed acquisition is unrestricted.
