Description

This pre-solicitation notice serves as a synopsis and is posted in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2, Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions.� This is not a solicitation.� The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has a requirement to provide instructor training/certification and ongoing technical support to include the monitoring of quality assurance and performance in conformance with Cisco's Networking Academy Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).� The professional learning component includes virtual training for both new teacher training, certified teachers, and selected above-school level subject-matter experts.� Although numbers may vary slightly in the option years, DoDEA currently has nine IT Essential programs systemwide. See draft PWS for more information. This will be a commercial procurement in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 as unrestricted under full and open competition and is anticipated to result in a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity award with a one (1) year base period and four (4) one-year option periods. The anticipated contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price.� The RFQ, HE1254-20-Q-0027, and all attachments necessary to prepare the quote(s) will be available on beta.SAM on or about May 26, 2020, with a tentative closing date on or about June 26, 2020.
