Description: The United States Forest Service (USFS), hereafter �TENANT�, requires exclusive office space of at least 500 to 1,000 Sq. Ft. of usable (ABOA) space.� Rental agreement will begin around June/July 2020 and includes a 12-month base period.� The tenant has the option to extend the rental of the office space on a monthly basis for up to an additional three (6) months.� A thirty (30) days' notice will be given to owner/management representative, hereafter �LANDLORD�, by the tenant when the tenant intends to terminate the rental agreement and/or vacate the occupied rental space.��
