- BLM-CO-NWD - Little Snake FO - Concrete Parking Lot Overlay The BLM will soon issue a Request for Proposals solicitation for milling and filling cracks, then constructing a concrete overlay over an an existing asphalt parking lot at the Little Snake Field Office. See Attachment 1 for more specifics. We are planning for this work to be completed during July 15 - Aug 15, 2020, but that is flexible and there are other projects in the works which may cause impacts. Based upon further on-going market research and responses to this solicitation, this procurement may be further set-aside to a sub-category of small business (HUBZone, SDVOSB, or WOSB).
