- ***Amendment 2: Post Q&A and extend response date to 5/25/2020 at 4PM MST*** ***Amendment 1: Post solicitation docs*** This is a Pre-solicitation notice to perform window stripping replacement and window replacement at the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Santa Cruz Laboratory 110 McAllister Way, Santa Cruz, CA 95060. This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a total small business set-aside.� The associated NAICS code is 238350. The small business size standard is $16.5M. Performance period shall be completed no later than 6 months after the notice to proceed is provided. In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The RFQ will be made available only on the Contracting Opportunities website https://beta.sam.gov/search?index=opp and is scheduled for issuance on May 05, 2020 and quotes are due by May 15, 2020 no later than 4:00 pm MST. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
