- The Black Hills National Forest intends to issue a Request For Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to repair the Sheridan Lake Emergency Spillway be leveling out the spillway floor and clearing all trees and brush from below the Emergency Spillway.� Project is located in Pennington County, SD.� The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 237990 with a size standard of $30.0 million.� Project is total Small Business Set-Aside.� Magnitude of project is between $25,000 and $100,000.� Contract time is 60 calendars days.� Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and incidentals and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the contract.� All responsible sources will be considered for award the agency.� Contractors must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
