- R6 Contracting North intends to award a single award for a base plus two option year�contract to provide trail maintenance for the west side of the Three Rivers Ranger District, Colville National Forest.� The objective of this contract is to provide safe public access on the trails while preventing resource and facility damage. See Attachment A for project information. COMPLETION DATE:� All work for base year to be completed December 31, 2020 TECHNICAL CONTACT: Technical questions can be directed to Carmen Nielsen by calling (509) 738-7761 or emailing carmen.nielsen@usda.gov. Contractors planning a site visit should contact Ms. Nielsen to determine accessibility of sites. Sites may still be inaccessible due to mountain snow. INTERESTED VENDORS:� Offerors shall provide their quote by completing Attachment B-Schedule of Items, provide all required information and submittals referenced in Attachment D Instruction to Offerors and Attachment E Offerors Representations and Certifications � Commercial Items and emailing to janet.hada@usda.gov Contractors must have an active registration in the SAM database (http://www.sam.gov) in order to be considered for award. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued The solicitation number is being issued as a Request for Quote No. 1205M620Q0054 and the solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020 dated 05-06-2020. This procurement is 100% percent set aside for small business and the NAICS code for this procurement is 115310 and the small business size standard is $8 million. See Attachment B for the Schedule of Items for line items and quantities of this project. The provisions of FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors � Commercial Items (MAR 2020) applies to this acquisition along with any addenda to the provision and the provisions of FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation of Offers� Commercial Items (OCT 2014) apply to this acquisition and evaluation criteria are specified (Attachment C) Offerors to include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (MAR 2020) with the offer.� (Attachment D) The FAR clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions � Commercial Items (OCT 2018) applies to this acquisition along with any addenda to the clause and FAR clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (MAR 2020) along with any addenda applies to acquisition and the following FAR clauses cited are applicable to this acquisition.
