Description

THIS SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSBs) UNDER PUBLIC LAW 109-461. This PR solicitation notice is being published through the GPE to satisfy requirements under FAR Subpart 5.101(a)(2), displaying the solicitation for a proposed contract action expected to exceed $15,000 but not expected to exceed $25,000 in a public place or by any appropriate electronic means. Request for proposal (RFP) number 36C26320R0124 is being submitted to interested vendors only and will not be solicited through the GPE. Under the terms and conditions set forth in RFP 36C26320R0124, the VA is requesting price proposals for project number (PN) 568-20-SL-001, Correct Life Safety Deficiencies B14B (FM). Work includes correcting concrete pads, painting of the concrete floor, removal of concrete curbs, and door and door hardware replacement. All work will be performed at the Fort Meade VA Medical Center located at 113 Comanche Road, Fort Meade, SD 57741. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, parts, materials, and supervision to complete the project. The period of performance is expected to be 90 calendar days from the receipt of Award. NAICS Code 236220 is applicable for this procurement with the small business size standard of $39.5 Million. The magnitude of construction for this project is estimated to be: Less than $25,000. RFP 36C26320R0124, its applicable terms and conditions, and attachments will be submitted to interested vendors on 5/15/2020 with a required response date of 06/02/2020 at 12:00 p.m. CT.
