- Description
- The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement for the Operations, Maintenance and Repair Services of the Central Utility Plant at the NIST Boulder Laboratory Site in Boulder, CO. �This also includes performing preventative and scheduled maintenance activities at the Field Sites in Ft. Collins, Colorado, and Kekaha, Hawaii.� The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year and four, one-year option periods for a total potential service requirement of 60 months.� It is anticipated that a single award will be made as a result of this Request for Proposal.� This acquisition is being conducted on an UNRESTRICTED basis.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, the size standard is $8.0M. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on or about 25 Feb 2020 with a closing date on or about 27 Mar 2020.� Site visit/ pre-proposal conference information and closing date will be established in the solicitation documents when posted.� Please register to receive notification for this announcement as the documents will only be made available via this announcement.
