Description

THIS IS A TOTAL 100% SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET-ASIDE. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 23 (NCO23) intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment and transportation necessary for Project Number 568A4-20-SL003 Buildings 2, 3, and 9 Fire Sprinkler Valve Replacement, located at the Hot Spring VA Medical Center, 500 North Fifth Street, Hot Springs, SD 57747. Work includes but is not limited to replacement of existing dry fire sprinkler valves serving the fire suppression system with a new dry sprinkler valve in each location identified. Work includes demolition, plumbing, and all necessary work as described in the construction documents. The applicable NAICS Code under this acquisition is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a $16.5 Million small business size standard. The magnitude of construction cost range for this project is less than $25,000.
