- The 184th Intelligence Wing, Kansas Air National Guard located at McConnell AFB, KS intends to issue an solicitation to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to perform the Repair of Building 6013 project. This project is located at the Smoky Hill ANG Range, Salina, KS 67401. Synopsis: Site Work -� Create drainage ditch along the west side of building 6013.� This will include the removal of equipment pads, a concrete cistern, a temporary gutter drain system and excess dirt piled up against the side of the building.� Install a mow strip and poured splash blocks along the West side of the building.� Extend existing down spouts and add 90 degree turns.��� All disturbed areas shall be seeded.� Install equipment pads and bollards for HVAC.� Install new Propane line from tank to building.� Interior Work -� Repair and/or replace up to 400 SF of exposed wall insulation.� Repair and/or replace up to 500 SF of exposed ceiling insulation.� Modify wall structure and openings and install metal wall panels. Relocate electrical devices and conduit as needed to allow metal wall panels to be installed.� Provide all electrical necessary for 2 complete and usable HVAC systems. Install two separate 5 ton HVAC systems. This pre-solicitation announcement is not a solicitation document, but pre-notice of an upcoming solicitation. Specific instructions on submitting your proposal will be contained in the solicitation documents to be issued on or after the date listed below. � Proposed Solicitation Issue Date: Estimated on/about May 4th, 2020. The contract duration is at 90 days. This project is set aside for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction), with a size standard of $39,500,000.00. The cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Your attention is directed to FAR CLAUSE 52.219-14 LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING (DEVIATION 2019-O0003) (JAN 2019) which applies to this project. The tentative date for the site visit is on-or about 13 May 2020, 10:00AM CST at the 284th ASOS Building 5010, Smoky Hill Air National Guard Range, 8429 West Farrelly Road Salina, KS 67401. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow instructions as shown in the solicitation. The bid opening date is scheduled for on-or about 3 June 2020. Actual dates and times will be identified in the solicitation. Interested offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission of bids.
