- The scope of this project is to Repair the running track by full depth replacement the existing rubberized running Track and installation of new rubberized surface to include striping.Correct improper surface drainage in the grass areas that is abutting the running track, to approximately a max distance of 5 feet from edge, by grading these areas to allow for drainage away from the track.� The project will have a Base Bid with two bid options that shall be added to the project if approved and authorized by the Contracting Officer as shown on drawing sheet provided C-101
