Description

This combined synopsis and solicitation is being posted to sam.beta.gov. It is understood that sam.beta.gov is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitation to the internet. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase Liquid Level Sensors on a sole source basis from Kinematics & Controls Corporation, a small business. The following Liquid Level Sensor Part Numbers are required: Cable Assembly for Liquid Level Sensor, 1002-0074 (QTY 50 Each) Liquid Level Sensor, PN 5385-0101 (QTY 50 Each) This procurement is solicited on an unrestricted basis, intended as a sole source requirement, as concurred with by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 336419 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. In accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(13) the requirement for synopsis has been waived. The solicitation, N66604-20-Q-8079, is released and is attached as part of this notice. Amendment 1 is issued in order to add a CLIN for shipping.
