Update and add clauses as shown. 2. Remove clause WSSTERMMZ01-EVALUATION CRITERIA AND BASIS FOR AWARD, and its language in its entirety from the original solicitation on Pages 47-48. 3. Add Clause WSSTERMMZ04-EVALUATION FOR AWARD (LOWEST PRICED TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE) Award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. A technically acceptable offer is one in which the offeror complies with the instructions contained in Section L of thesolicitation and does not take exception, nor object, to any of the terms of this solicitation. Offers that are not technically acceptable will not be considered for award. (10-01). 4. Offers will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable 5. If an offer was previously submitted; quotes shall be re-submitted since the changes (as identified in the amendment) may no longer meet the criteria of the amended solicitation and may result in different prices and quote content. 6. Offerors must sign the amendment and return. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders, delivery orders and modifications) related to the instant procurement are considered to be ""issued"" by the Government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to ""issue"" contractual documents as detailed herein. Early and incremental deliveries accepted.
