- This constitutes Amendment 0003:�Amendment 0003 for USNS ZEUS MTA to provide the following:(1) Change Block 9 of page one (1) �to reflect the solicitation response date is changed to 05�June 2020 at 2 PM Eastern.� This was erroneously not completed in Amendment 0002.(2) Provide revised work item 0010 and 0011.� Work items are provided via AMRDEC Safe.�(3) RFCs No. 6 is incorporated in this amendment. References and Photos are provided via AMRDEC Safe.� This constitutes Amendment 0002:�(1) Block nine (9) of page one of the solicitation and Section C-1 is changed to reflect the solicitation response date is changed to 05�JUN 2020 at 2:00 PM Eastern.(2) Q&A #5�is incorporated into the solicitation. This constitutes Amendment 0001: (1) Section L-5 Inspection of Vessel/Pre-Proposal conference is changed. See section L-5 to view the change. (2) Section L-3 Specification Clarifications response date is changed to 12 May 2020 at 10:00 am Eastern. (3) Provide revised w ork item 0017, 0524, 0609 and 0610. (4) WI 408, 509 and 511 are deleted from the package, CLIN 00001AA and Section C-2. (5) Provide revised J-1 and J-2. (6) RFC No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 is incorporated in this amendment. (7) WIs 302,655 and 706 have been added to the C2 document. WIs 516 and 705 have been removed from the C2 document. Military Sealift Command - Norfolk contracting office is seeking Proposals/Bids for the Midterm Avialability�(MTA) on the USNS ZEUS�(ARC�- 7) commencing on or about 16�NOV�2020 for ninety�(90) calendar days. � See attached Solicitation, J-Attachments, Contract Data Requirements, and Redacted Justification and Approval. �Interested contractors must complete J-14 Non-Disclosure Agreement in order to receive the work item package, drawings and references. �
