- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System East Campus, 2400 Hospital Road, Tuskegee, AL 36089, requires SCBA fire fighting equipment for the Campus Fire Department . The SCBA s and components will be required 60 days after award of contract. This solicitation will be full and open competition under NAICS code 922160 Fire Protection.
