- Synopsis for W56HZV-20-R-0185 � Parts Kit, Battery ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND � Detroit Arsenal (DTA) proposes to solicit, negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price.�This competitive action will be a 100% Small Business set-a-side for the following item: NSN: 6160-01-598-6460, Part Number: 57K7172, Noun; Parts Kit, Battery, Base quantity: 708 EA with 100% Option Qty. NAICS Code: 335311, Unit of Issue: Each, Inspection: Origin, Acceptance: Origin, FOB Point: Destination, Level of Preservation: Military, Level of Packaging: B. The solicitation, W56HZV-20-R-0185, is anticipated for release in two to four weeks and will contain the required technical information and a specific due date and time. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list.
