- Description
- Nett Warrior (NW) is a Soldier worn system that supports the mission of the dismounted combat Leader.� The NW program provides Battle Command and Situational Awareness through tactical battlefield networking of voice and data.� The EUD provides computer processing, data storage, user display, and navigation functions while operating as the USB host.� NW components, with the exception of peculiar support equipment, are physically mounted on the Soldier during combat operations and training.� The overall integrated NW system is designed to reduce impacts on mobility and strives to minimize additional weight carried.� As a result, for the NW system, and other Soldier Systems, size, weight, power consumption and reliability are paramount.��� AMENDMENT 1 - Attachment A01 Performance Specifications, Version 1.0, dated 16 JUL 2018 has been replaced with Attachment A01 Revised NGH System Performance Spec, Version 1.3, dated 29 JUL 2019. AMENDMENT 2 - Attachment A01 Revised NGH System Performance Spec, Version 1.3, dated 29 July 2019 has been replaced with Attachment A01 System Performance Spec, Version 1.3A, dated 25 March 2019. Also included in Amendment 2 are the following attachments: A11 � ISPDS-C_EUD_ICD_v3_3_Final,� A12 � SWAR_ISW_Embedment_Guide and�A13 - Questions and Government Responses to NGH Solicitation; Amendment. AMENDMENT 3 - Due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic the Government is extending the submission date for proposals from 5/5/2020 to 5/20/2020 at 3:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Also included in Amendment 3 is the replacement of attachment A13 - Questions and Government Responses to NGH Solicitation; Amendment, version A, dated 26 March 2020 with attachment A13 - Questions and Government Responses to NGH Solicitation; Amendment 3, version B, dated 3 April 2020. Amendment 4 -The purpose of this amendment is to replace the current Attachment A13 � Questions and Government Responses to NGH Solicitation with a revised version which includes edits to existing questions (highlighted in yellow) as well as provide new questions submitted with Government responses (also highlighted in yellow).� Amendment 4 removes Attachment A01 � System Performance Specification and replaces it with a modified version in which edits are highlighted in yellow.� Amendment 4 renames Attachment A11 - ISPDS-C_EUD_ICD_v3_3_Final to be A14 - ISPDS-C_EUD_ICD_v3_3_Final.� Amendment 4 also uploads a revised solicitation which includes the following edits: - Replacement of new SOW (edits are highlighted in yellow). �- Section L, Sentence has been changed (edits are highlighted in yellow). NOTE: Any/all questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Michael F. Siwek, Contract Specialist at michael.f.siwek.civ@mail.mil and to Samantha L. Degele, Contracting Officer at Samantha.l.degele.civ@mail.mil, no later than 3:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on or prior to 01 May 2020. Conclusion of Amendment 4.� Amendment 5:� The purpose of this amendment is to replace the current Attachment A13 � Questions and Government Responses to NGH Solicitation with a revised version which includes edits to existing questions (highlighted in yellow) as well as provide new questions submitted with Government responses (also highlighted in yellow).� This amendment also removes the current D01 � W91CRB-20-R-0003 and replaces it with a revised one which includes, �Not Separately Priced� in CLIN 0003 and the subsequent SubCLINs. Conclusion of Amendment 5."" Amendment 6:� The purpose of this amendment is to remove the requirement for Certified Cost or Pricing Data and associated clauses. This amendment removes FAR clauses 52.215-20 (Requirements for Certified Cost or Pricing Data and Data Other Than Certified Cost or Pricing Data) and 52.215-21 (Requirements for Certified Cost or Pricing Data and Data Other Than Certified Cost or Pricing Data-Modifications) and DFARS clauses 252.215-7010 (Requirements for Certified Cost or Pricing Data and Data Other Than Certified Cost or Pricing Data) and 252.215-7009 (Proposal Adequacy Checklist). This amendment removes the current D01 - W91CRB-20-R-0003 and replaces it with a revised version where the Certified and Cost Pricing Data clauses have been removed. Conclusion of Amendment 6."", Amendment 7: The purpose of this amendment is to remove A13 - Questions and Government Responses to NGH Solicitation, Version D with a revised A13 -�Questions and Government Responses to NGH Solicitation, Version E. Conclusion of Amendment 7."
