Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office � Atlantic (RHCO-A), Womack Army Medical Center, (WAMC) Ft Bragg, North Carolina is soliciting W91YTZ20Q0147 to the Sole-Manufacturer of the products below (Philips Company, and their approved distributors of Lumify products).� No other unapproved third parties, or part numbers will be accepted due to warranties and�certifications by�the Manufacturer � Philips.� ��Products must be delivered no later than 30 days.� This pre-soliciation is just a notice only, we are not seeking information; no telephonic calls will be returned.� These products are needed to meet specific WAMC Needs for certification needs.� The Brand Name Justification Sole Source Document and the Solicitation will be submitted within next five business days. The contractor shall provide the following: PHILIPS NUSH026 Lumify Rugged System. Ultrasound Bundle System Includes 8� Samsung S2 Tablet (S4-1/L12-4 Lumify APP � in tablet. Lumify Rugged System Juggernaut Tablet / Case. Lumify Charging Cable. Lumify Rugged System Pelican Carry Case. One Bag L-12-4 Linear array transducer C52 curved. S4-1 Sector Array Transducer.
